In front of the pier, within a square with a green area, you can find a bronze statue in memory of the Fallen at Sea. The artwork, created by sculptor Daniele Guerrieri, depicts the attempt to rescue two men from a sinking ship. This statue is a tribute to the people of Roseto who aim to pass down to future generations the history of their origins deeply connected to the sea, upon which the local economy and culture are built.
