Laga truffles

Typical of the Laga Mountains with two prestigious species:

• black truffles grow almost all year round at low altitudes and are almost always linked to oak trees;
• white truffles are sold worldwide and are the finest truffles, found on these mountains in autumn under poplars and willows close to waterways.
